Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be addressed in writing to the Technical Secretariat of the Congress (info@wopmail.org). The retention for cancellation expenses will be determined according to the date of communication with the following criteria:
Until April 30: Full refund (except handling fees).
From April 30th to May 31st: Refund of 50% of the registration fee
As of May 31: No refund
